The program in detail
The advantage of my program is that it’s customized: Your diet depends on the number of pounds you want to lose, your blood type, your food allergies and intolerances and even your taste!
You will remain in complete control of your weight loss using the different phases of the program at the right time. From week to week, you regulate the speed of your weight loss.
The three essential phases:
Phase I: Rapid Detoxification
First, there is Phase I which is when Rapid Detoxification happens in order to lose weight fast. During these two weeks of Phase I, I will help you lose weight fast by recommending a healthy meal plan, food and recipes that will allow you to immediately start positive habits that will lead to weight loss.
During this phase, you will focus on protein sources, plants that contain more than 10 to 15% of carbohydrate and no toxins. Instead of consuming 400 g of carbohydrates daily, your body will absorb only 20 to 30 g, which is a negligible amount.
Phase II: Prolonged Detoxification
Phase II is the extended or prolonged detox phase where we continue to lose weight. It begins in the third week and weight loss becomes slower than the first two weeks. This will last until you attain your target weight. It’s really up to you!
Phase III: Stabilization – Nutrition, Vitality, Weight Loss
The third and final phase is the stabilization phase called Nutrition, Vitality, Weight Loss. You now have lost the desired weight and now it’s time to find your own bearings and stabilize to make sure you keep the weight off.
