Eating better is about consuming the proper food at the right time of the day . That's because our need for energy evolves throughout the day. About every four hours (8:00 a.m., 12:00 n.n, 4:00 p.m., and 8:00 p.m), our bodies secrete hormones (insulin and cortisol) that allow us to absorb food to nourish our cells. We get hungry. Bringing the right food groups to the body at the four key times of the day helps burn fat and sugar, promotes cell regeneration at night, and allows us to sleep well. A famous saying sums up the principle of chrononutrition—"Eat like a king in the morning, like a prince at noon, and like a pauper in the evening."

Chrononutrition and the body's biological rhythm

Breakfast

There's truth to the cliché that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Why? Once you wake up, your body needs all the energy to start the day in optimal condition. Through my program and with the concept of chrononutrition, I will explain what, when, and in which order you should eat breakfast to ensure that you are losing weight every day.

Lunch

After a busy morning, you have to recharge your batteries. Lunch is essential for the rest of your day! It's not about you "piling on the pounds", but to stay in shape and full of energy. Don't forget that the day is long, and it hasn't ended yet. And if you feel a little hunger, I even have some helpful tips. You'll find that you will be satisfied very quickly.

Snack

This is a special time to take a break, stretch, breathe, or even to escape. Snack time is also the occasion to refill the tank just a bit to end your day on a good note. It's the time when your body needs good fat from vegetables, fruits, vitamins, and minerals (and even a bit of sugar).

Dinner

To lose weight successfully, keep in mind that the evening meal has to be low in fat, sugar, and starchy food to avoid the rise of insulin and cortisol at night. This will help you fall asleep more easily, and for the growth hormone to regenerate cells at night.
