though it is better to do low impact exercises in the first few weeks, I have to agree with the others, When you are used to regular physical activity, there comes a point when your body craves for some hard core sweatn.
I have been on diets before, same logic, first few days of detoxification, where admittedly, you will feel weak.
What I would do, is have some supplements, like Beta K or Hydroxycut or Xenedrine to boost me up.
IS this allowed in CGN Diet?
Does supplements affect the effectiveness of the diet?

I agree with you Chloe, if you are used to a tight regular physical activity, then it may actually do you good to stick with it and add more to boost weight loss. However, you still need to consider your diet. Taking on supplements are okay just as long as you do not overdo it. Multivitamins are okay but weight loss supplements may not be necessary if you are already following a good weight loss plan ans a regular physical activity. Weight loss supplements are advised for people who are morbidly obese and for a limited time only under the supervision of a physician.
I suggest you to stick to your diet and exercise. Achieving your target weight slowly is more ideal than losing it rapidly and gaining it back 3-4 time more than your initial weight. :-q
