Salad Dressing

Hi, is there any type of dressing I can use aside from Homemade vinaigrette? Do you have any recipes that you can share?

i make cider vinegar, garlic, salt and nd garlic for my dressing since i dont like the taste of mustard...is this acceptable to my meal plan? Im type B..

Veryannie: you may add celery but not apple since we only allow fruits for 4-5 PM snack :)

Hi Laarni,
Can I also add an apple, or celery to the carrot salad? I mean carrot salad is typically made up of shredded carrots, raisins and apples. ;)

Hi!
You may use lemon juice with a little salt and white pepper. you may also have orange juice with olive oil and mustard :)
You may experiment with other herbs to give you another distinct taste. You may add mint leave to have cooling effect. Fresh basil, oregano and cilantro for a more earthly taste :-q
You may also have low fat mayonnaise with chunks of pickles and shredded carrots :)
