what do you consider as cheat?
i brought a bar of dark chocolate but its not 70% cacao. when i got home that i found out its just around 58%. its 100 gms & has 24 squares, i just eat 2 squares and a square of 72% cacao plus a small apple and green tea for snacks.
also the other day, i cant resist the lechon kawali. =P i ate 4 pcs of the lean meat part. its about 1" cubed.
sometimes there are ground meat in the sauteed vegetables. i just ate them as well.
how about a small handful of peanuts around 11am or 6pm?

Those are really not considered cheating provided that, you only ate 2 squares of the 58 % cacao dark chocolate. Try to get 70 % next time. For the lechon, it's totally fine as long as it's lean without any fat or skin just like what you've said. I just hope you didn't too much of the lechon sarsa since it it high in fat as well. Te ground meat in your vegetables can be eaten. The nuts are are actually good to snack on. Just make sure it's plain, less grease, without skin and less salt :)
