@pewpewKABOOOM: Don't worry you can also eat tomato once in a while but it will not be as often as you want ;)

@Veryannie: I'm A and tomatoes are restricted for me too! :( I feel your pain. I love tomatoes in fish sauce T_T

Hi Suzzell. CGN diet is based on your blood type and intolerance. So when you change your blood type from the Profile Preferences page, it would reflect on your meal plans as well. :)

after preferences what should i click? nawala na dati yung 900 calorie meal plans.

You are right, Veryannie! :) You can still eat those foods that are found in the 'to avoid' list 1-2 times a week :)
