Skipping meals

There are days when I'm out on field work and can't help but miss dinner or lunch since its not readily available on the site. How does skipping meals affect the diet plan? Is it strictly meal every 4 hours or can it be plus/ minus 4 hours?

It is ideal to eat at a normal meal interval of 3-4 hours or even 2 hours if you have digestive problems and can only tolerate small frequent meals. eating at a regular meal schedule helps to regulate your hormones and body functions which is beneficial in losing weight. What you can do is to bring packed lunch or dinner with you so you won't miss a meal. Hungry or not, you should eat. :-q
