I noticed that in a week's meal plan, there are a lot of egg dishes included. As chicken egg is high in cholesterol, shouldn't this be a health concern?

A person without any health concern can have 2 eggs per day. If you are watching your cholesterol as preventive measure and/or doesn't like eggs, you may have 1 egg only or have 2 egg whites and 1 egg yolk.
