Oat Bran Cereals

I found this at SM Hypermarket last night in MOA. It costs around 250 pesos. I'm doubting this is ok coz of the sugar content. But it would have been a great alternative for me hehe

I was able to buy Australian Harvest Oat Bran 500gm for P104+ from Puregold. Check the aisle where the oatmeals are displayed. It has a green packaging.

Is it ok if I cook my oat bran as a pancake since I put egg on it? Thanks!
