Thinks I am not losing enough weight

I'm in my 2nd week of the diet going on 3rd and I just lost about 4lbs. Would like to ask if there is any tips that you can give me?
- I follow the portions strictly for the main meals but I tend to snack on fruits (grapes and apple) in between. Should I stop that?
- What exercise can I do? How often?

I have the same problem =(
This is my 3rd week and I have lost only 4 lbs. I follow the portions too.

Hi!,
Please do note that fruits are only allowed during 4-5 PM snack :)
exercise means walking and jogging for at least 30-45 minutes 3-5 times a week. :)

Fruits are only allowed during 4-5 PM and it should be 1 pc only of the recommended fruits. It should be low-medium glycemic index. Please go to the glycemic index table found in the bonus pages of your account. :)
