Is it ok to have an afternoon nap of around 1 - 2hrs a day?

a nap of 20 minutes is the best option to boost energy :-q

Ok actually im on vacation leave from work, so i can't resist sleeping in the afternoon, so happy that its ok, im on my second week and planning to start my exercise ;)
