@dione12: Phase 1 is the first 2 weeks of your meal plans. It is automatically generated. Phase 2 will be your regular meal plans until you reach your target weight. You will see that the Phase 3 meal plans are already available for you. You are to follow it only to stabilize your target weight.

I'm currently on my First week of the diet. How do I know the Phases? There are three mentioned. But, how many weeks in Phase 1 or 2 or 3? Help. :)
