I do 3x a week boxing for 2 hours. Then spend another hour for weights. Boxing is highly intense considering the number of mitts training with the trainer. Weights usually include squats, bench press, barbell row, overhead press and deadlift


Honestly, those supplements pose more destructive results in your body that helping you achieve a healthier one. Anything we take is being detoxified by our liver and kidney so taking those supplements will only damage your kidney i the long run. The Chron-Geno Nutrition Diet is all about being natural. Regarding workout purposes, still my answer is a no. Let me ask you, how often do you usually work-out? What intensity and what type of work-out?

how about stuffs like oxyelite pro, or hexadrine and hydroxycut? Can they be used especially for workout purposes? :)
