My name is Charmaine, and I am your Online Dietitian and Community Manager. I'm here to help you be successful on your weight loss goals and get you engaged to the community as well.
This forum thread is for everyone starting the program on December (Don't worry about the back-to-back parties, reunions and get-togethers as we will help each other out on how to manage the diet ). It's where you can introduce yourself, meet new friends in the diet, and to support one another in trying times.
To succeed and reach your goals, I want you to follow the steps below. It only takes 5 minutes of your day to make a lifetime improvement for your well-being.
1. Read your session for the day and watch the video of the coach
2. Ask a question to the team of dietitians (click on "Tools" in the left column, and then "Personal Questions")
3. Take the time to refer to your shopping list and meal plans.
Get involved with your Group as well. Look for I'm Starting on Monday group.
If you have any questions about the website, don't hesitate to post them here!

I will start on MOnday Oct. 12. Can i use dried rosemary instead of the fresh twigs? Can i put honey on my tea?

I will start on monday. Already done with the grocery things., but there are still items that i dont have, like low fat soy cheese, calcuim fortified vegetable juice, thyme, dill and asparagus all these are needed on monday. On no :-O ! Hope i can make it.
I know i can!! :) .

I started today 17th of August. My breakfast was good! Poached eggs, oats,chauchard tea and soy milk! For lunch, I forgot to buy skewers,so I just grilled the chicken.i think I can really do this! No, I mean, I CAN DO THIS! 😁💕👍

Hi Daisy,
Please follow this sequence instead:
- oat bran (with or without milk) - applicable for all phases
- protein
- fats
- vegetables
- dairy
- beverage
It is written in the meal plan differently because our team used the convention in writing menus (typically seen in restaurants offering course meals, being the program adapted from French, where the convention is strictly followed).

For the Phase 1 of the program which lasts for 2 weeks (your Week 1 and 2, no starch except for vegetables and oat bran) the order is:
- oat bran (with or without milk) - applicable for all phases
- protein
- fats
- vegetables
- dairy
- beverage
Why in the meal plan, the order is tea, protein, oat bran, dairy, vegetables (for breakfast), veggies, protein, dairy, tea (for lunch) ..... which sequence will i follow? many thanks :)

Hi @GeeZamora! Yes you may use 1 tsp dried rosemary in place of fresh twigs. I suggest you take your tea plain without any form of sugar or syrup.
