DILL ? What to do with oat bran?

May I ask what dill is, and what to do with the oat bran? Shall I cook the oat brans like quaker oats, or just eat two tbsps directly? Thank you. :)

What is an alternative to oat bran? My doctor says that oats are not good for those who are high in uric acid.

Sorry for the late reply! Dill is a kind of herb, available in most supermarkets.
Oat bran should be cooked with water, or with the milk allowance. :D

Just replace dill with fresh or dried basil, tarragon, thyme or any other readily available herbs in your local stores :)
