A Head-Start for 2014 - I'm Starting on Monday, 11 October 2013

Weight Loss will not happen overnight. Years and years of unhealthy eating and lifestyle will not be magically corrected in one day that you decide to eat a vegetable salad. It does not happen that way. Keep a strong discipline and the motivation to eat right and move more until you reach your target weight. After that, keep the good habits forever to maintain health and vitality!

My name is Charmaine, and I am your Online Dietitian and Community Manager. I'm here, together with the BelleToday Team, to help you be successful on your weight loss goals and get you engaged to the community as well.

This forum thread is for everyone starting the program this week. It's where you can introduce yourself, meet new friends in the diet, and to support one another in trying times.

To succeed and reach your goals, I want you to follow the steps below. It only takes 5 minutes of your day to make a lifetime improvement for your well-being.

1. Read your session for the day and watch the video of the coach

2. Ask a question to the team of dietitians (click on "Tools" in the left column, and then "Personal Questions")

3. Take the time to refer to your shopping list and meal plans.

@ sexymy_15 : low fat soy cheese - it depends on your blood type. Please check TOOLS > List of preferred and unfavorable food > Blood type __. Look for the dairy section. You can use any of the food items listed there as substitute to soy cheese. Yes, vegetable juice with fruit juice is okay. Recommended brands are Tipco, Malee, RW Knudsen, and V8.


hi! what's alternative for low fat soy cheese? I cannot find nonfat soymilk instead I bought nonfat milk? I also bought vegetable juice with fruit juice, is it ok?
