Can I replace the non fat yogurt with fruit flavored yogurt? Nestle is offering two types of fruit yogurt both non fat and ordinary can I use both? How about frozen yogurt? My blood type is A.

I advise against the fruit yogurt, specially Nestlé's. When I recently tasted it, it wasn't sour at all! I remember the old Magnolia strawberry yogurt was very very sour when I was a kid. I suspect they add so much sugar to make it appeal to a wider audience. I try to only buy plain Nestlé yogurt.
Instead, I'd suggest just getting plain yogurt (either non-fat or ordinary) and adding fresh fruit and 1 tsp coco sugar/stevia, or using fruit preserves without artificial ingredients. :)
