Let's begin your Weight Loss Journey with the Chrono-Geno-Nutrition Diet!

My name is Charmaine, and I am your Online Dietitian and Community Manager. I'm here to help you be successful on your weight loss goals and get you engaged to the community as well.

This forum thread is for everyone starting the program this week. It's where you can introduce yourself, meet new friends in the diet, and to support one another in trying times.

To succeed and reach your goals, I want you to follow the steps below. It only takes 5 minutes of your day to make a lifetime improvement for your well-being.

1. Read your session for the day and watch the video of the coach

2. Ask a question to the team of dietitians (click on "Tools" in the left column, and then "Personal Questions")

3. Take the time to refer to your shopping list and meal plans.

Get involved with your Group as well. Look for I'm Starting on Monday, 14 April 2014.

There's no forum for people beginning at 28April2014 yet. Can I join this group instead. :) Anyways, I've already started yesterday. It was a struggle, because I face all sorts of food here in the office. Food is served in every meeting. But I can resist. Hope we can help each other out and support each other! I can't wait to hear all of your success stories guys! :-q

Hi! :) Can I eat a fruit instead of almonds? I don't eat it. Are we at liberty to use soy sauce and ketchop? Haha


I am happy to announce that I lost 5 lbs for my 1st week. ;) Despite sometimes i used the same menu for two consecutive days. :^> I can't hardly believe I survived the whole week without eating rice. :-q I am happy that I am embracing healthy foods after so many years of being a fast food lover. *-:) I'm expecting to lose more in the coming weeks. Good luck to everyone... ;)


I am starting this Monday, April 14, and I'm quite excited. :) I have high hopes for this program, and I do pray that this is finally the answer to my life-long struggle with my weight. There are a lot of obstacles to still consider of course, like starting the program this summer when my kids are all home and a we have already made several travel plans the coming weeks. Still, I don't see any reason to push starting the program off until it becomes convenient for me, because I doubt that will ever happen. I just need to commit myself to my goal and that means making some sacrifices along the way.

Good luck to my "batch mates" starting on the 14th of April just like me. :) We can do this! :-q


I don't think I can make it this April 25th. But I know I'll be ready for April 2015 vacation! Haha! :) :D

Phase 1 & 2 is already opened, which means that that is the meal plan you should follow. Week 1 and 2 are automatically set as Phase 1, Week 3 onward is Phase 2.
