Vegetable Equivalents

Hi,
This may be a bit of a dumb question, but I just want to be safe.
When I'm substituting vegetables on my meal plan, is there an equivalency for them? Or is it just sticking to measurements in cups? Ex: 1 cup zucchini = 1 cup mung bean sprouts = 1 cup radish = 1 cup spinach.
Also, should I be measuring the veggies raw or cooked?
Thank you! Sorry if this is a repeat topic!

You can check the List of Food Equivalences under Tools > Bonus :)
I think your substitutions works fine enough. Keep it simple like that. Amounts on your meal plan are the amounts in their cooked or ready-to-eat state, but if listed under the ingredients list in the recipes, it is in raw state.
