I just woould like to know if substituting food would be okay. Our cook is not really good in reading recipes so I end up eating steamed fish almost all the time. And also since our ingredients are not always complete like with vegetables, is it okay to eat just any vegetable available?

Hi andreisyyap,
Yes, you may substitute recipes, so long as you follow the meal structure: TOOLS > BONUS > CUSTOM MEAL PLANS
http://chrono-geno-nutrition.belletoday.com.ph/account/bonus.asp#!/account/bonus/custom-meal-plans.asp
When you substitute, you should also consider the following
1. Your blood type- TOOLS > BONUS > LIST OF ALLOWED and PROHIBITED FOOD > Blood Type A/AB
http://chrono-geno-nutrition.belletoday.com.ph/account/bonus/bloodtype-a-ab.asp
You should eat those on the allowed and neutral column, while for the not allowed, you can still consume them for a maximum of twice a week only.
2. Glycemic index - TOOLS > BONUS > Glycemic Index
http://chrono-geno-nutrition.belletoday.com.ph/account/bonus/bloodtype-a-ab.asp#!/account/bonus/glycemic-index.asp
It is best to choose food items in the LOW GI < 40 table (green). This will ensure that the food you will eat won't raise your blood sugar in unhealthy levels.
Please feel free to ask any questions in your personal questions tool if you feel the need to discuss this further. :-q
