Roasted Chicken

Technically, roasted is different from grilled because food does not come in contact with charcoal/griller; hence, eliminating burnt food which I came to read in other forums as toxic.
I wonder if Andoks, Baliwag, etc are okay. I can only assume plain roasted is better than inasal and the other flavored variants. Can you confirm?
I am type AB.

All right, grilled, roasted or any other cooking methods, the more important thing is we do not want those black toxic substances to accumulate in our body. If you must eat roasted or grille food, be sure to take off the blackened parts. :-q

Yes, you may. Just take off the skin and not always. All right?
