Hi Chrono-Geno Nutrition Dieters!
How are you enjoying your daily oat bran requirement?
For those of you who loves to cook and wants to be creative with oat bran, here's the recipe for oat bran pancake by Dr. Claude Chauchard himself.
Oat Bran Pancake
Ingredients:
2 tbsp oat bran
1 pc chicken egg
1/2 cup nonfat milk or soy milk
1 pinch Stevia
Preparations:
Mix all ingredients.
Heat a non-stick pan.
Spread 1 tsp of olive oil to grease.
Pour a spoonful of oat bran pancake mixture.
Turn the pancake when cooked.
Do the same for the rest of the oat bran mixture.
Serve.
If you have your own recipes for oat bran, please post it here so we can publish it :)

Yes, you may. Just make sure that it doesn't have any syrup or refines sugar. It will be better if you can bake your own oat bran bread :-q

@ Kendz: Yes you can eat the oat bran pancake on phase 1. You can prepare your oat bran with just hot water or hot milk :)

I tried the recipe but its too dry for me. When I add milk, its too "labsak" naman. Since it has egg, is it ok to use egg everyday for my pan cake? Thanks!

This looks nice! I'll try it this weekend! I just found out that I like oatbran better than oatmeal. Which is great because I dont need to add anything else but water.
Question. Can I take oatbran for my snack?
